BEWARE OF MS. VIGIL
My experience with Ms. Vigil has been deeply troubling and concerning, and I believe it is imperative to bring her unprofessional conduct to everyone's attention.
Ms. Vigil has displayed a pattern of behavior that is not only unethical but also harmful to her clients, particularly children. I have personally witnessed her manipulating therapy notes to suit her own agenda or financial gain. Furthermore, she has claimed to possess recordings but has failed to produce them when requested, raising serious doubts about the integrity of her practice.
What is particularly alarming is the apparent lack of oversight from the Board of Behavioral Health regarding Ms. Vigils conduct. Despite numerous complaints against her, it appears that the Board has been ineffective in holding her accountable for her actions. I find it unacceptable that the Board fails to maintain records of complaints beyond a mere five years, effectively allowing practitioners like Ms. Vigil to evade scrutiny.
Moreover, it has come to my attention that Ms. Vigil failed to disclose a previous complaint filed against her nearly two decades ago to her new clients, as she was legally obligated to do. This blatant disregard for transparency and accountability underscores the untrustworthiness of a therapist.
I implore everyone to do their due diligence with regards to Ms. Vigil and to protect the well-being of vulnerable individuals, especially children, who may be subjected to her harmful practices.
I urge you to consider taking all necessary steps to safeguard your loved ones from further trauma caused by Ms. Vigil and to inform relevant authorities and institutions about Ms. Vigils conduct to prevent others from being subjected to similar experiences.
