BEWARE: Told I needed 3 crowns, $4500+ for the first two...I got a second opinion (with x-rays) from a top dentist and actually only needed 2 fillings.
Additionally, I was also assured my visit (yearly checkup, cleaning, xrays) was covered 100% by my insurance after the office manager called to check with my insurer. Now, I am receiving a bill and told insurance didn't cover it all, as promised.
After calling the office about the bill, I was told the office manager would call me back...never did. Instead, I am now receiving promotional text messages from the office.
