BEWARE 5/26/2023

BEWARE: Told I needed 3 crowns, $4500+ for the first two...I got a second opinion (with x-rays) from a top dentist and actually only needed 2 fillings. Additionally, I was also assured my visit (yearly checkup, cleaning, xrays) was covered 100% by my insurance after the office manager called to check with my insurer. Now, I am receiving a bill and told insurance didn't cover it all, as promised. After calling the office about the bill, I was told the office manager would call me back...never did. Instead, I am now receiving promotional text messages from the office. more

Liars. 8/5/2019

This is the THIRD time I have driven over an hour for an appointment that was cancelled. Every time I arrive I’m told they have been calling and I didn’t answer. I receive NO calls from them. I have confirmed my number with them more than once. I don’t understand how I receive texts reminding me of my appointment but when I arrive all of a sudden it’s cancelled and I haven’t been answering. I’ve dealt with the rude front desk for years, the long waits between appointments and the cancellations. This is the last time!!!! more

All I can say is that I agree with other reviews. I didn't deal much with the dentist who was disinterested anyway. The one who really made feel uncomfortable was the hygienist who put on this serious face and informed me about my early stages of periodontal disease and of course the need for deep cleaning. Normal cleaning wouldn't do. They are very good at using deceptive sales tactics. They make you think that you really need all this stuff and you almost start believing it. I ended up getting a second opinion and of course I learned my gums are healthy, barely anything to clean. What concerns me is that some of the reviews here are 2 years old and the message is the same. Why are they allowed to keep doing this? more
