I’ve been parking at Extra Car for years and now I find that doesn’t matter. My car was damaged ($2000+ - deep gouges in the paint) while parked in their lot.
I called daily and sent emails and not gotten a single response.
This is their standard approach. They claim it is never their fault - check other reviews, check the BBB site.
Avoid this lot - there are plenty of others.
