I have a dispute with the company and they refuse to stand behind their hardy trim installation work. I got a call from the President I believe he said his name was Darryn Finn and he said in the course of avoiding any responsibility for shoddy installation of the hardy trim that the company was going into receivership.
Ah, the lights began to come on. No wonder they hadn't responded to my complaint report for 37 days. I sent in a second complaint after hearing nothing and said I would seek alternative paths open to me to resolve the problem. Then I get a call from the company president. Let's us just say it didn't go well when he tried to fob off the problem on the Leaf Guard Gutter installation. I have photos of the damage and as i said, no one from the company came out to evaluate the situation before categorically denying it was their problem.
The call ended with him threatening legal action against me if I posted any negative reviews about his company. Needless to say that a company in receivership must be failing in some regard and I'd guess it is customer satisfaction. I am a 66 year old retiree on a fixed income but I know when I'm being bullied. I wanted nothing more than to have the damage repaired and the materials replaced. What I got was a screaming tirade from the company president about his attorneys and the threat of lawsuits.
