Our new furnace and air condition have only been in about a week, so I am reluctant to say much ... but so far so good. The furnace and A/C look good, so far we have been warm. Too soon to run the A/C - cold outside. A Beltz employee came in a week ago or so before to check our hot water heater and found it to be in good shape, he moved the temp up a notch and so far it is working much better for us. He could have as easily sold us a new one, this is honesty in operation!
