Our new furnace and air condition have only been in about a week, so I am reluctant to say much ... but so far so good. The furnace and A/C look good, so far we have been warm. Too soon to run the A/C - cold outside. A Beltz employee came in a week ago or so before to check our hot water heater and found it to be in good shape, he moved the temp up a notch and so far it is working much better for us. He could have as easily sold us a new one, this is honesty in operation! more

Excellent customer experience 3/22/2019

Positives: Office staff was great. Follow up was great from everyone. Negatives: Plumbing work was not done well. But they did return to address it the next day after a complaint was logged. Property was removed from the home without an explanation. The lighting was returned after a bite was added to our ticket. more

Eric did a great job installing a over head light. He also installed a 4 plug outlet. Eric did a great job cleaning up when he was done. He was on time and very courteous. more

Electrical Work 12/23/2017

Our house was built in 1950. It needed some electrical wiring changes. Eric came to our house to furnish an estimate for the work. The estimate seemed reasonable which we agreed to. Eric thought the work could be completed in one day. As he began working, He found problems he had not seen before he started. It took two days to complete the work satisfactorily. The charges for the work did not change. Thank You! more
