I called Aiello this morning with a plumbing problem. Rob Naddle arrived by mid-morning as promised by the receptionist I spoke with on the phone. Rob did an outstanding job of fixing the multiple problems I had with my water system. He is very smart, worked swiftly to identify the issues, articulated the problems he saw, and communicated that information clearly to me. I was very impressed with his skill as well as his ability to communicate to a non-plumber the issues involved. He then drafted an estimate for each phase of the work to be done. He separated out the work that needed immediate attention from the long-term issues that need to be addressed. He completed the work that needed to be done today in a very reasonable amount of time. I could not be happier with the results. Rob is clearly outstanding at his job and is a pleasure to work with. I give Aiello (and Rob) an A+ rating.
