You would think for a custom lanyard company they would be able to properly make custom lanyards. Think again. Spent several days sending back new artwork files only for them to send me the same exact incorrect proof multiple times. Asked to be put in touch with their art department and was consistently re-directed to different sales people. When I finally did get someone to help, they told me it was now too late and I would not possibly have my order in hand by the time of my event, even if I paid rush fees. Complete waste of time chasing no one to dead ends, and now I have nothing to distribute at my event. Don't bother.
