On day 1, Bailey and Dillon (sp?) came and removed the old units and got the new AC & furnace installed and running and worked practically non-stop all day. Josh came later to help the guys since Bailey wanted to make sure the AC was running before they left. They all did a fine job of putting up with me and my questions and my pickiness. I've learned from my past experiences to speak up if I had any concerns or questions of how something is being done. These guys were great in working with me and listening to my thoughts/concerns. Bailey communicated with me before he left that he and Dillon were going to another job the next day and Day 2 would bring in 2 other guys along with Josh to complete the furnace/AC install. Josh and Dustin arrived on Day 2 and later Frank and Ed. Ed did a wonderful job with the sheet metal work and Frank is very knowledgeable on furnace/AC issues. Josh and Dustin were great to wanting to make sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing. I had some steel wool and wanted them to put it around the PVC piping on the inside just as a precaution to keep mice, etc. from entering through the space even though they sealed it on the outside with their sealant. I just don't like to be standing on the inside and seeing daylight. They did that for me and I appreciated their customer satisfaction attitude! So job well done to all of you: Bailey, Dillon, Josh, Dustin, Frank and Ed. And last but not least to Ethan and Kevin who came to my home and explained what products Lennox had and the difference between them. Kevin was quick to get back with me on a concern/question I had at the start of Day 2.I've been doing business with Paitson Bros Heating & Air Conditioning since 1986 and have never been disappointed with their Lennox products or their service technicians.I realize the business is no longer run by a "Paitson" but keeps the name because of maybe their reputation over the years. I do hope the people running the business now will continue to keep up with the reputation.
