I was recently very fortunate to have Keith Ritter repair an A/C unit during a period when Cape Cod was about to receive some oppressive heat. Keith proved to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The unit was repaired in a timely manner and although I don't look forward to having another service call; I would be more than pleased to have Keith respond to the call.
