And, a major shout out to Wayne and the crew for a professional and efficient installation. They had to work outside in the rain under a tent, AND they vacuumed the area inside before they left! more

He also made a suggestion on how to solve an intermittent ignition problem on one of our furnaces which I’ve implemented and which appears to be working. Wonderful Service 10/9/2019

Last spring South Shore H&C came to my rescue when no one else would or could repair my gas boiler. Only a few years old the boiler seemed to explode when it turned on. I was not a South Shore customer at the time, but they send someone over who immediately identified the problem and repaired it. On that basis I signed up with South Shore to service the boiler. Kathleen in the office made the arrangements and Matt showed up on Monday....right on time....to clean it and ready it for winter. They are the best!!!! more

The best advertisement is a good employee. 8/28/2019

Michael Cottrell, field service technician came by today to service two of my air-conditioning units. All technicians, specialists and expert repair persons could take a lesson from this young man. From his initial greeting to his completion of his job he was informative, incredibly knowledgeable (we discussed some of the new technology) and a gentleman. South Shore...hold on to this guy...he's your best advertisement. more

replaced failed boiler and hot water heater 7/20/2019

The other heating & cooling service that we had done business for years was going to leave us without hot water for six weeks ... said they were busy and at least we had water. South Shore was out the next day and installed a new unit after I advised them of the problem. more

Great work 7/19/2019

Michael showed up on time and was courteous and helpful. Listened to the problem and then went to work fixing it. We have an older AC unit and Michael did a great job getting to the problem and fixing it. Thanks again Michael. more

A/C Repair 7/18/2019

I was recently very fortunate to have Keith Ritter repair an A/C unit during a period when Cape Cod was about to receive some oppressive heat. Keith proved to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The unit was repaired in a timely manner and although I don't look forward to having another service call; I would be more than pleased to have Keith respond to the call. more

Thanks to Michael C., field service technician, for the great job he did with our system. He did a thorough cleaning of the unit and filters. He was polite, professional, qualified, and informative about our system. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied that the job was complete. 5 stars more
