I never leave reviews. I love Anna and have been going to her for a long time, but it seems there may be new staff in the front? Whoever it was that staff seemed very inexperienced and led to me driving around downtown Boston for an hour and a half when they could have told me on the phone when I called them that my appointment had to be canceled. Instead I was on hold for five minutes and had to keep calling back at least six times. Needless to say I’m insanely frustrated and it’s sad Because I really like Ananya but I don’t know if I would go back because of this. They seemed really hesitant to give me the name of whoever I talk to, maybe it was Tamara? This whole thing has been a money drain for me too because I’ve had to go through the tolls at least three times
