They don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered my lanyards on 1-29-19. When they arrived the black lanyards had pink all over them & the pink lanyards had black all over them. also the lanyards didn't com as I ordered them. they were to be imprinted, they sent me vinyl stickers on my lanyards. I called to complain. they said they would fix it. They sent me back new ones. When they arrived they weren't even the same colors that I had ordered. I called again to complain. I told them I wasn't happy with their company & I was going to send them back. They told me when they received the lanyards back they would refund my money. They sent me an address to send them to. I paid $17.40 to send them back. one week later I received the lanyards back & it said wrong address.
