Joe came to our office because our air conditioner stopped working. I appreciated that a Krinkie's staff person called and let me know he was on his way 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about our system. I appreciated his low key manner and the time he took to make sure I understood the system so I can make good decisions in the future. And my air conditioner is now running again.
