Shane arrived on time to check our air conditioner. He is the consummate professional. He explained in advance what he would be working on and where. He exudes trustworthiness as he quietly examined the mechanics of the conditioner inside and outdoors. When he finished he explained the current condition of the conditioner and offered an analysis of how much longer it would be functional. I checked out Shane's online reviews to discover 157 five-star reviews - I'm not surprised. I really don't know where Krinkies lands in terms of cost of service, it's the overall professionalism of the company that sells me. My wife and I have hired them for all our heating and cooling products and will continue to do so. more

Ryan F (along with Andy & Andy) did a gret job installing a new furnace & AC unit at our house. they were very thorough in installing, answering questions, and cleaning up after themselves. Their work was well done. I would recommend them to every one. Thanks for a job well done. more

Review of recent work. 7/25/2021

I called last week regarding work that had been done earlier in July. We had set up an appt for me to me Dan at the house this coming week and he had time and stopped by Friday and was able to fix the issue with my not being there. Happy the issue was resolved quite quickly. more

Paul N. came yesterday for our semiannual furnace check and cleaning and as is his practice was punctual, friendly and efficient with his work. He followed our current safely regulations wearing a mask and distancing himself. His visit is always cheerful and efficient. more

New Boiler Installation in IGH 9/22/2020

The Krinkie team did an absolutely fantastic job ripping out the old 35 year old boiler system and installing a new Bosch system with all new technology including digital thermostats in 4 zones. They even corrected a couple of items that were now code violations. The results were a near work of art....just beautiful craftsmanship! The team was professional at every turn, cleaned up the work area nicely and was great to work with. We are excited to get into the heating season to take advantage of the high efficiency system. Thanks to the Joe and his team JJ, Dan and young Mr Kelly. Job well done. more

I am very pleased with the replacement of the water heater here this morning! Paul was right on time for the appointment. Ryan assisted but I didn't really get a chance to talk with him. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. The knowledge and kindness is always welcome! Krinkie's has been coming to our house for over a decade! Boiler repair 3/11/2019

We recently were referred to Krinkie’s for a water leak and work on our boiler. They came out late at night provide excellent and very knowledgeable service. Joe D. was very professional and helpful. We will look no further for our HVAC needs. Joe has a great standing relationship with other clients we have known as well as others in the industry. It’s comforting to know you will receive the service you need with honesty at Krinkies. more

Service and new install 12/29/2018

We would recommend Krinkie’s to anyone needing new furnace and air or just a repair. From the service tech to the salesman and installers, they did a great job! They all took the time to help us from providing space heaters to keep us warm while we waited for new furnace to installing new furnace with nice professional guys. They took the time to explain how things worked and were very helpful. more
