I had an air-conditioning emergency the day before I left out of the country and called for an appointment on the 24 hr phone line. The customer service personnel was professional and very sympathetic. Although I was not a prior customer, she was able to get a time for me before I had to leave. Scott came to evaluate my system and was not only professional, but very helpful and gave me detailed information on my issue. Scott was a lifesaver! He was able to restore my air-conditioning temporarily so I was able to keep my plans and feel confident my home would be cooled when I was gone. Scott is so knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in very good hands. I can't express how much I appreciated the prompt service and friendly faces. So professional but kind as well. Upon returning to the States, I had a new central air installed. And the team was just as professional and efficient as Scott. Caleb was the lead installer and WOW. He was very prompt and got right to work. He explained everything and left my yard and house as tidy as a pin! Its been working fabulous and my home is cool and comfortable. I highly recommend Bryant and their professional team. You won't be disappointed!!
