Reggie F. called about 7:10 & said he'd arrive in 30-40 minutes--arrived about 7:35. I opened back gate so he could access heat pump. Very professional/courteous & did his job as he was trained. Hosed off unit, installed surge protector & checked inside unit to see if all was well. Think he finished about 9:15 or so though I really wasn't paying attention regards time. Was surprised that I was actually first person he saw today as usually I seem to be nearer the end of whatever 4 hr. period I'm told. I'm not certain but I think he may have been here once before & maybe I'll see him again in the future. Was very pleased with the prompt & competent service.
