In this day and age w all the technology, one would think that a customer can expect a service call to be scheduled within a reasonable time frame. I have no problem when I have an emergency. However when I have an appointment for maintenance or to fix something thats when they are at the absolute bottom of customer service! They waste your whole day and dont show up when they say they will. The service men complain about the company when they are working. The biggest problem of all is the lady who answers the phone!
