Our experience with this company, was exemplary from the start. The scheduler was polite and friendly. The sales reps were professional and knowledgeable. The field technician did a wonderful job and explained everything to us after the install. And the follow up by the sales rep was great. We will recommend K water to everyone. I love that the product is low maintenance, does not require electricity, and is easy to use. I am thrilled that my dishes are coming out clean, I have no more hard water residue all over my tiles and fixtures. My laundry is now clean, and I’m sure my hot water tank is happy to not have to work so hard and keeping its pipes clean. OK water system was well worth the money. If I had to replace my dishwasher, washing machine, hot water tank, faucets, every five years, the unit has paid for itself already.
