He tested our water, recommended the appropriate water system and booked our appointment for installation in a very timely and helpful manner. We can highly recommend him for anyone looking for a water system. more

I was pleased with representative that came to my home (Christina) she took the time to let me ask questions and explained everything I needed to know about the system that would be suitable for my home..she also went over the pricing and options for payment.i am glad I inquired about this type of water treatment..its very unlike all the others..it makes good sense to me and the only thing holding me back is the cost..when im ready to make a decision im sure I will be calling on them again.. more

Expeditious Problem Solving Support! 9/5/2018

These 2 people went way out and above to help us get our water problem solved the SAME day. It required installation of a whole house system and it was completed the same day. We have moved in to a new house with AWFUL water. So, nice not to have to haul water now :-) more

Absolutely the BEST 8/24/2018

I was on a quest for perfect water in my whole house. Well I found Kwater and they are the solution! It was only a matter of a couple days from the date of purchase to the install. Donald, our service installer, had to create a plan B for the install when he arrived, but the plan he came up with works perfectly for us and our home. He was thorough and kept us informed during the entire process. Chris was our sales guy and he also assisted with the install. These two guys are absolutely the best. We were very pleased from start to finish and are now enjoying the type of water that we dreamed of. No more yellow, smelly, cloudy water for us. Thank you Kwater team! more

Did an on-line search for whole house water treatment systems, KWater was one of the contacts offered. Got immediate, pleasant response from Connie who set up an on-site appointment with a sales rep, but I had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. Will definitely check back with them when the opportunity for this project presents itself again. more

Best Product and Customer Service 6/8/2018

Our experience with this company, was exemplary from the start. The scheduler was polite and friendly. The sales reps were professional and knowledgeable. The field technician did a wonderful job and explained everything to us after the install. And the follow up by the sales rep was great. We will recommend K water to everyone. I love that the product is low maintenance, does not require electricity, and is easy to use. I am thrilled that my dishes are coming out clean, I have no more hard water residue all over my tiles and fixtures. My laundry is now clean, and I’m sure my hot water tank is happy to not have to work so hard and keeping its pipes clean. OK water system was well worth the money. If I had to replace my dishwasher, washing machine, hot water tank, faucets, every five years, the unit has paid for itself already. more

Jim did a great job, in all areas. He represents K Water in a very professional way. We had a Sulphur smell in our water that was pretty bad. Jim installed a system that has eliminated that smell. He then did a good job in explaining how the system operates, and how to maintain it. Would highly recommend K Water to solve your water issues. more
