I have a paper contract going back to 11/16/1990, which was signed by David Krinkie. The contract was for the installation of a Lennox furnace in the basement of our four-season porch.
We had a furnace and air-conditioner installed on 7/8/1996 in our main house.
We had our AC moved from the front of the house to the side of the house on 4/18/2007.
We had a new Lennox Furnace installed in our four-season porch on 1/25/2008, and a new Amana Furnace installed in the main house on 4/28/2008.
We just recently had a new AC installed on 5/15/2018.
I am pretty sure that Krinkie had done maintenance on our systems before 1990 but I have no paper work to prove it. So we have been using Krinkie to maintain and install our systems for at least 28 years. I can also use Quicken to compile a cost totaling a little over $27,900.00 paid to Krinkie for services and systems thru all those years.
Krinkie has always had excellent service and the people are wonderful. I believe we are a very good customer. Maybe some day we might get a discount? Maybe it was built into the price? It seemed like our price was high? Maybe I didn’t understand the quote? I didn’t feel that we received as good of a price that we could have this time.
