When service time came around this year for a our air conditioner check up, I had recently received a ad in the mail for Bryant Heating and Cooling. The price was considerably less ($64.99) than we normally pay so we decided to give them a try. Mike W. was our service rep his professionalism, politeness and knowledge about his work were evident from the start. He took the time to answer our questions and explain any work or recommendations in detail. We are also in need of purchasing a new air conditioner as this one has lasted 20 years and based on how Mike worked with us have decided to purchase from them. They install quickly (purchased on Tuesday, install on Friday for us). We so appreciate this kind of experience from a service company — Thank you Mike W. And thank you Bryant Heating & Cooling.
