I arrived about 10 minutes early, Hygienist greeted me warmly exactly at appointment time, was friendly, walked me through to her work area, made me comfortable and ensured that I was warm with a blanket. Cleaning didn't hurt at all, scheduled next visit. Experience was smooth, stress free and overall a great one.
