Our repair turned out to be complex - nobody's fault, just a weird issue. I was so impressed with Papalia's communication and level of commitment to resolving the issue (particularly Brad, who was the primary plumber assigned to our case). In particular, when replacing the first pump didn't fix the issue, they replaced the second pump, and then came back to replace some piping (which finally solved it) - and didn't add any charge! They were honest from the beginning about how they hadn't seen anything like it before (despite doing 1,000 homes per year) and I was nervous that the cost would blow up as they kept coming back, so I couldn't be more thankful that they stuck to their initial quote despite having to do more work than expected.
I plan on recommending them to everyone I know - that level of trust is hard to find!
