I contacted Guaranteed Appliance in regards to servicing my washer. He gathered info from me and gave me his honest feedback on whether or not it would be worth fixing. When I decided to not have it serviced, he spent another 5-10 minutes on the phone with me explaining what types/brands of washers to look for and what to avoid. He already knew that I was not going to require his services, yet he took the time to give me his expert advice. Very helpful!!
