I had a plumbing problem I had been told could not be fixed. By chance, Papalia was at the Home Show where I had an opportunity to review my situation. I got a call on Monday morning and got an appointment for 7:30 two days later. Mike Antonellis arrived precisely on time, evaluated the problem and told me he could fix it. By 9AM the work was completed and everything is working. Perfect. Mike Antonellis, apart from being very punctual, was very professional - skilled, efficient, polite. I definitely recommend Papalia.
