Tipping Hat sent a technician the same day I called. He was polite,efficient and completed his part of the project in a very professional way. When we ran into an unexpected problem for the install for which an HVAC technician was needed, he immediately contacted the office and arranged for that person to complete the work on the next day. I have now had three experiences with Tipping Hat and all have been very positive. I would highly recommend this company and this particular technician
