Kodiak and his crew went out of their way to install a furnace for us on Saturday. Kodiak was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. We're very happy with our furnace. We've been doing business with Tippinghat for over a year, and they've always been on time, proved that they were experts, and explained everything we wanted to know. Their service plan is very good too. We hope to do business with them long into the future, and we'd recommend them with five stars to anyone. more

we had a furnace/ac replaced on 2/4/2022.Alden was the most hard working , polite and thoughtful repairman that we have ever had. He explained the workings and how to set the new thermostat. I needed to repair an existing auxiliary gas line to my fire pit. This required digging/refilling a 2ft deep trench across about 15ft. in clay, replacing the gas line, and returning the dirt back to the trench. Jordan and his coworker Seth, did a great job and cleaned up the site. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I will use Tipping Hat again. more

Tipping Hat installed my water heater in 12/2018 and they inspect it every two years to keep it operating well. After a pandemic delay, Dominic arrived on time and had the inspection and draining done in 30 minutes. All is good. Tipping Hat is a professional company with the goal of customer service. more

Fore those of you that need a little help deciding who to have install your water heater and or furnace. I highly recommend Tipping Hat Pluming Heating and Electrical. I needed and new furnace mine was very old, very old!! Billy who came out to look at the project was straight forward at what had to be done. I had electrical issues and couldn't use the old flume wouldn't pass the inspection. Once the guy's ( Kyler, Tyler, Chappy, Levi, second Tyler, Jacob, Kyle I'm sure I have some people out or spelled their names wrong).the installation went smooth, like any projects there's always a hiccup, it happens. They let me know those and any other issues that came up. I can tell a good crew is when they have fun doing the job an enjoy each other company! it makes for a good experience even for a home owner. Project done in two days. New high energy furnace, water heater and new updated electrical(100amp box to a 200amp).We were with out power for only four hours. I Tipping my Hat off to you guy's who put this all in. It was a Great to bring the house into the 21st century. I'm sure I will enjoy this coming winter in Colorado with the new Furnace. All the installer's deserve a FIVE STAR rating ( Chappy, Tyler, Kyler Levi Tyler, Jacob, Kyle John, and yes even you Billy) Oh and the lady's at the office! they kept us informed through the whole process .Thank you again more

Dominic C. Came out, looked at the job and provided quotes for the various options. I selected an option and Dominic completed the replacement of the feed line for the hot water heater. Actually, he replaced both connections. We were impressed with his professionalism. A job well done. more

"Service pro" Sean F. committed Tipping Hat to install 2 AC units on 5/22/21 at my home for $12,670. The job was not completed and he ghosted me after getting the check. I tried calling the office and Sean F. multiple times and went directly to voicemail. There wasn’t even a call back after driving to their office on 6/5/21. Tianna, the phone operator, said Sean would call me first thing Monday morning and never heard back. My mistake was paying Tipping Hat before the job was done. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. more

I booked an appointment with you online to have my air conditioner inspected. When no one showed up I called to see what the problem was. She quickly explained that even though the web cite indicates that the appointment was scheduled that often isn’t the case. She also explained that these checkups don’t happen until July and scheduled an appointment for then more
