Find ANY other mover if you can...
* We were misled by several members of the support team regarding their policies
* I could not get any sort of guarantee on the pricing until AFTER the move was complete
* Our main point of contact couldn't guarantee a pickup date even 48 hours from the move "window"
* Most emails went responded to for several days if they were answered at all
* When I tried to cancel our move, I was met with unprofessional hostility and had to remind the associate several times that I was calling to cancel
* It took 4 days to cancel our move after various phone calls and emails
