Your can not please everyone. I have bought from Zenni at least six times. The last pair I ordered I could not see through them correctly. I selected the wrong distance and I did not like the glasses. The customer service was nice and issued me a return label by email before I hung up. They issued 100% credit. I did lose the postage paid and I had to pay for the postage when they sent me the new ones, did not have to pay for the return postage. How much do people expect. more
