Scott showed up basically on time, was friendly, helpful with the repair. offered us options (i.e., didn't just go for the most expensive fix), worked out a good deal with the office, and took care of the problem. We'll certainly continue to use Parzival Plumbing. This was the first time with Scott and he was great.
