Today, Sobieski sent out Zach H. for my gas leak issue from my newly installed hot water heater on Monday.
Zach brought an electronic gas detector (A must have for diagnosing the source of a gas leak)
It was not the new flex line or fittings...but the gas control itself.
Zach made a call got the new part and installed it within an hour.
He even installed a new aluminum vent pipe connector.
The problem has been corrected and family and I have piece of mind...
