Put a valve in two toilets and charged same rate for both toilets, one should not have travel time and extra gas on it. Was charged the same price for both toilets for service ch...

No Ac 9/11/2019

I was called to schedule a winter tune up. My system was working fine. The tech came, did his thing and left. Because of the hurricane and wind we did not have to turn the AC on for 2 days. When we did it did not work. Called service on a Sunday, gave the info and they said they would turn it over to the field person. Got a call back from a "RESTRICTED NUMBER" which I did not answer. Called again some time later and had to repeat all the issues again. Third call finally got a response that they would send someone out on Tuesday, 3 days later. The original tech showed up and went downstairs and turned the unit off and on and all was fixed. The machine was running fine when he first showed up and then stopped. $59 dollars later it is working again. Very very very suspicious. i do not know fact 1 about ac units but something smells fishy. Sopiesky installed the unit, I have a contract but I think I was had. more

Great service from HVAC tech Rasheed! 7/26/2018

Rasheed was great! Showed up ontime, was extremely professional and personable. Identified the issue within minutes, fixed the issue and gave instructions on how to prevent the issue with our AC from arising again. AC was back on and running start to finish about 1 hour. Thanks Rasheed! more

Blocked kitchen pipes 5/17/2018

Jeff G and his assistant did an excellent job at clearing up the blocked pipe in my kitchen sink. I had an awful time trying to clear myself to no avail They came out as promised, the day after I called it in to the dispatcher. I would recommend Jeff G and his assistant Jeff . Excellent job. more

Dave showed on time, introduced himself and was very polite. He showed great respect for my home by wearing his shoe covers, taking them off and putting them back on every time with leaving and entering my home. He was kind and extremely patient when answering all of my questions. more

Boiler Check 3/1/2018

Service check was scheduled for between noon and 5 PM, but technition arrived at approx. 8:30 AM. That was ok with me and allowed me to do other things. The tech explained a few things to me that I was un-aware of. I am very happy with Sobieski Services. more
