I was called to schedule a winter tune up. My system was working fine. The tech came, did his thing and left. Because of the hurricane and wind we did not have to turn the AC on for 2 days. When we did it did not work. Called service on a Sunday, gave the info and they said they would turn it over to the field person. Got a call back from a "RESTRICTED NUMBER" which I did not answer. Called again some time later and had to repeat all the issues again. Third call finally got a response that they would send someone out on Tuesday, 3 days later.
The original tech showed up and went downstairs and turned the unit off and on and all was fixed.
The machine was running fine when he first showed up and then stopped. $59 dollars later it is working again. Very very very suspicious. i do not know fact 1 about ac units but something smells fishy. Sopiesky installed the unit, I have a contract but I think I was had.
