Unprofessional. Not transparent with fee calculations. They will outright refuse to provide you with how they came to a price. Escalated to an "Operations Manager" and he refused too. Only assumption I can make from that is that they are calculating something they don't want you to know. I do not trust them and would recommend you stay away.
