Guardian Pools has serviced our pool weekly for over two years. We have had good service up until we had a crisis over an important weekend. Our pump blew and with water spewing in the air we flooded our neighbor's yard. We managed to get everything turned off. We called Guardian Pools and Lance returned our call promptly. He told me a repairman would come out on Monday and that everything would be just fine. At the time I felt they should have had someone on call over weekends and I got a quite upset. Come Monday, as promised, the repairman was at our house at 8:00 am. It turned out be a simple repair and only took about 15 minutes. Thanks, Guardian Pools and please forgive my curt attitude on the phone.
