When the word service is used, this man's picture should be a part of the definition. He was patient, exceedingly thorough, and educational. He arrived early in the evening and did not leave until about 11 o'clock. Furthermore, he saw no reason to charge me for work that was done by another technician in a less than thorough fashion. He then checked back with me the next morning to make sure that all was running smoothly.
I don't know if the company will honor requests for a specific technician, but the next time I need service I will be sure to request this gentleman.
