Our AC unit was not cooling and I wanted to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible, even though I was calling on Sunday afternoon @ 3p. Ernie J showed up ahead of schedule, talked us through the job progress, and was courteous and professional. AC unit back up and cooling within a couple of hours of me having the repair dispatched. One trip and the issue was fixed! My neighbor's AC unit has been on the fritz, Stiver's has been to their home 4 times so far to 'fix' the same issue. YEA Bryant!!
