They offer A $69 mainline clean out and video inspection but upon arrival try to charge $724 because they won't look for a clean out and need to access through the toilet. They charge $350 to replace a toilet but want to charge $650 to take a toilet off and put the same toilet back on to complete the service. After walking the plumber and the manager through the ludicrous math, they still don't get the point or attempt to resolve the issue with a price adjustment.
This company relies on bait and switch advertising and the plumbers and managers couldn't pass 3rd grade math
