It only took a few minutes for Chris to find and fix the issue with my Toilet. He also replaced the trip lever which was broken (which I did not know), with a much better one. Now the Toilet is working perfectly! I will definitely be calling Parzival for all my future plumbing needs, and will be recommending them to my neighbors.
