I had an appointment for power washing my house. They never showed or called me. I called to ask what happen and they told me my water hose was broken and they couldn't power wash without water. They said they rang the doorbell and the housekeeper said she would contact me to let me know. Well, the water hose WAS NOT broken and I don't have a housekeeper. I called them to tell them that. They called me back and apologized and rescheduled me for 3 weeks later. They never showed and never called to let me know there were any problems. When I called back to ask what happened, they told me they were there and couldn't do it because my deck was just power washed and was wet. The deck was power washed on Sat. & was perfectly dried by Monday due to the 90 degree weather we had on Sunday and Monday. At this point I had no confidence in them and told Josh that. He said "then get someone else to do the job" and then he hung up on me. I was appalled. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES. They don't know how to treat their customers and do not keep their appointments.
