Aamatex Power Cleaning

I found Aamatex Powerwashing to be a very efficient and pleasant company with which to deal. They kept their appointment, answered my calls in a timely fashion and did and excellent job powerwashing my home at a reasonable price. called 5/10-given appt for today 6/11. Called twice to confirm-no response-and they didn't show up. What a poor excuse for business people more

Power washed most of the deck - i.e. did not get to the hard-to-reach edges. Cleaned the tiled walkaways and charged $500 for special polymeric sand to refill the joints. Did the job hastily and incompletely so that large swaths of the walkway are covered in non-removable solidified sand while many of the joints are quickly losing their filling. Has refused to answer repeated calls to discuss and correct his errors. Just took the money and left. Wish I had found this site before hiring this company. Don't make my mistake. more

I had an appointment for power washing my house. They never showed or called me. I called to ask what happen and they told me my water hose was broken and they couldn't power wash without water. They said they rang the doorbell and the housekeeper said she would contact me to let me know. Well, the water hose WAS NOT broken and I don't have a housekeeper. I called them to tell them that. They called me back and apologized and rescheduled me for 3 weeks later. They never showed and never called to let me know there were any problems. When I called back to ask what happened, they told me they were there and couldn't do it because my deck was just power washed and was wet. The deck was power washed on Sat. & was perfectly dried by Monday due to the 90 degree weather we had on Sunday and Monday. At this point I had no confidence in them and told Josh that. He said "then get someone else to do the job" and then he hung up on me. I was appalled. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES. They don't know how to treat their customers and do not keep their appointments. more

The ad says they will clean the bbq grill because you don't want to do it. the cabinet portion under the grill which also needs to be cleaned is not specified in the ad, that it is not part of the cleaning process. You have to investigate their web site to find out that info. When I called the owner was extremely nasty. more

We were scheduled for today and by mid day called for estimated time of arrival. We were told there was no way of knowing and the owner could not be contacted. Absurd! Here it is 6:00PM and we have not received the courtesy of a call. This is not the way to run a business. Would definitely not rely on such an unprofessional business. more

My house has streaks from power washing. They showed up before scheduled time so I think they just sprayed the house and left. Sent a letter with payment, never heard from owner. DON'T use this company. They did not do the work promised and was not responsive to complaints. One star is to high for this company. more

Company advertises low pricing for services ....you call and schedule an appt.....They never show or call...When I called, they made believe they knew nothing about missing the appt. ..Don't waste your time. more

They used some chemicals for the washing and it killed the grass and plants around the house. They advertised and offered free gutter cleaning along with power washing and never did it. When we asked, he said there is no trees near the house and no need to clean it. more

They did not show for the appt and when I called them back they lied and said they were scheduled for the following week, not the one I booked. They also will jack up the price once they stop by and do not begin the job until you agree to the cost increase. This guy is the most arrogant self serving scam artist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they will rip you off .. more

I booked Aamatex for a house powerwashing appointment after they quoted me a price. They never showed and never called. I called them back repeatedly and they never returned my phone call or gave me any reaons as to why they didn't show. more

Aamatex Power Washing is a great company that provides a much needed service. Our house gets so dirty in the winter time from all the snow, and salt, and rain. We need to have it washed from top to bottom each spring. Aamatex gives free estimates and their prices are great, very reasonable. Plus they do free gutter cleanings with most of their packages if you have a local coupon from the newspaper or penny saver. Highly recommend. more
