Scott came to my home on May 30th 2017 due to our air conditioning not working. In years past we had gone with another company which failed to meet our satisfaction as of recently. I received a postcard for your company in the mail and thought I would give you a try, which was a great decision on my part. After accessing the problem he explained three different options I could go with in order to remedy the problem. I chose to go with a credit application to have a new unit installed, because after Scott's explanation and expert opinion, I felt this was my best option. Even though I informed him that I may not qualify for the credit he was very understanding, and non judgemental in continuing the application. Unfortunately the answer was no for the application. Scott sat then thinking and guiding me to other avenues, such as a co signor, or having my husband apply with me as well. Although those options would not work for me Scott did everything he could to help my family have a comfortable and cool summer. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere during this visit. I would definitely tell my friends and family about your company. Thank you!
