Richard is a liar and thief. He will take your money and not deliver. It is never his fault. His wife will support his every lie. He will threaten you and try to intimidate you. Check his arrest record, I believe it was assault. Check his past businesses that he has closed. All very shady. Do not use this man, wife, company for anything.
