Tech, Doug W #677, arrived well within appointment parameters. He was courteous and efficient. While he worked at a swift pace, he never failed to respond to questions. He also made sure that his answers were understood clearly. He also offered a couple of suggestions for maintaining the area around the outside unit to prevent loss of efficiency. We were quite satisfied.
