James was very professional, knowledgeable, and sociable. He went through our entire system for its maintenance checkup. He wore booties on his shoes so not to dirty the carpets (big plus!). The price was reasonable for the checkup and we know that keeping up the maintenance will help keep everything working when we need it. As long as we have our system we will continue to have it maintained by N.E.T.R and James.
