Knowledgeable, personable, and very attendant to our needs 12/20/2019

Jeff was all that one could ask for. And quite pleasant. Ran the job well. The system works (although it has been less than 24 hours)! He was thoughtful about placement of equipment. Explained pros and cons for different alternatives. He made the installation process about as pleasant as it could be.........However......We have just noticed (as did the woman who has cleaned our home for 15+ years), that there is a lot of 'scuff marks" on our wooden floors which were not there prior to the job. We had hoped a cleaning would resolve the issue. It hasn't. Perhaps equipment/cardboard boxes were dragged along floor??? We did not mention this to Jeff more

Excellent Service 7/25/2019

N.E.T.R., LLC was the second service company to arrive for our a/c that went out during a heat wave. The first company spent 10 minutes and told us that the unit needed to be replaced. We then called N.E.T.R., LLC. The serviceman, Ray, spent time assessing the problem. He contacted the manufacturer of the unit to troubleshoot the issue and disassembled the unit and found that the wires leading to the board were not connected tightly. After tightening the connections, the unit worked! He saved us a TON of aggravation and money! He was personable, professional and efficient. We highly recommend N.E.T.R., LLC. more

This company was so professional in every aspect of the installation. First, my meeting with Paul was not in the least stressful because there was no push to purchase and the estimate was given immediately. Then when all 3 installers arrived on a horrible, rainy day they were prepared to enter my home with tarps and booties!! No mud dragged in. It took a total of 6 hours, start to finish with minimum disturbance!. Jerry, Matt C., and Jeff were all gentlemen who were diligent workers. My husband and I were both very impressed and totally pleased. I highly recommend this company to anyone!! more

Tune up 5/25/2018

Bruce did an excellent job in tuning up a our Mitshibishi that never was done before. He cleaned all filters and wheel in the time that was predicted. He went a step further and explained the remotes features that we never knew existed. more

Jerry, Ivan, and Matt D. We’re a grade A team, all professional making sure I was well informed on the operation of the AC, as well for maintaining both the condenser and ac unit. After they left, I was looking around and to my amazement, I didn’t find any debris anywhere they worked! There is always something left by contractors, coffee cups, debris of some sort, but I didn’t see anything! I will be using these guys again for my next two units!! more

He did a great job educating me about the heat settings of my unit and suggesting how to adjust the settings to get the best results. Its been a couple of days and the system seem to be working much better and keeping a constant temperature in the room. more

Professional, considerate, complete installation 12/1/2017

NETR just installed 3 split-type air conditioner units. The rooms look just as they were when the crew started. Operation of the units was explained. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I am completely satisfied with the way the installation was done. more
