Contracted with Richard Leaf and Broadway Pools close to 2.5 years ago and pool is not completed including equipment delivery, decking, coping, warranty items, incompete permit /inspections. Essentially Richard, his wife Cindy and the project manager have walked off the job making many commitments to me, my wife and the Austin BBB. The BBB rating is labeled "revoked" based upon non-compliance of commitments (in writing) to me and the BBB. I am hearing more complaints weekly about Richard Leaf/ Broadway Pools and I can highly suggest to anyone considering contracting with this guy to save your money and look elsewhere for a pool project. Of Note: Richard does threaten his clients (at least me and my wife) should he answer the phone or return an email, which is rare. Look at the BBB complaints for yourself I have the emails and texts to prove it...Don't let me tell you I told you so....
