Bob D. was a great technician. I scheduled annual service on my HVAC system, and he showed up on time and was very quick in his review. He made sure I understood everything before he did any repairs, and recommended only the necessary fixes that were within my budget. I appreciate him not trying to upsell me on a bunch of services I didn't need. I would hire him again.
