The north area supervisor is a ridiculous poser that has cost CBI several good employees, yet, they seem to do everything they can for him to continue on his path of incompetence. Report something he does wrong to HR, they will do nothing and the same goes for management. CBI's poor choices are why they're losing so much ground in the SLC area and Utah in general. They don't seem to get it though, so, good riddance. To the few employees left, abandon ship. There are other companies out there that won't treat you like garbage while telling you that you're family to them. Good luck.
